Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information AIIM Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We wrote it in plain language because privacy should not need a lawyer to read.

Who we are
AIIM Technologies is a Zimbabwean owned and controlled software company and the creator of EduCore ZW. This notice covers this website only. When your school uses EduCore ZW itself, your data stays on the school’s own computer under the school’s control.
You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
Enquiry forms
Our contact and EduCore ZW enquiry forms ask for your name, your school or organisation, a phone number or email address so we can reply, and your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a demo, a quote or a proposal. If you submit a review of EduCore ZW, we receive your name, school, role, rating and review text, and we publish the review only if you ticked the box giving us permission to show your name, role and school.
Direct emails
If you email us directly, we keep your address and message so we can continue the conversation with you.
What we do not do
This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising scripts and sells nothing. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing, and we do not put your details into mailing lists without your consent.
Where your details go
Form submissions are delivered to our team at [email protected] so a real person can reply. Our form handling provider forwards the submission to us and is used only for that delivery. We keep enquiry and review submissions only as long as we need them to handle your request, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time, by emailing [email protected], to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you submitted a review and later change your mind, we will take it down. You are never required to give us your details to browse this website.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives at aiimtechnologies.com/privacy.html.
